About Maggie

Maggie Miqueo is a New York–based attorney and strategic advisor with experience spanning law, governance, executive leadership, and cross-border enterprise.

Before founding the firm, she served as General Counsel of a NYSE-listed telecommunications company operating in the Dominican Republic, where she led complex financing, governance, regulatory, and transactional matters, including the creation of the legal and operational framework for the company’s expansion into Central America.

She later served for many years as Board Chair and Transition Chief Executive Officer of a leading consumer goods enterprise, helping guide governance transformation, strategic growth initiatives, operational restructuring, value-engineered commercial arrangements, and positioning the company for an eventual transaction with a regional private equity group.

Her perspective is shaped not only by legal training, but by experience operating inside boardrooms, negotiations, restructurings, and executive decision-making processes.

Maggie received her J.D. from New York University School of Law and her B.A. cum laude from Columbia University. She is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey and is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with professional proficiency in French.
